Drop Pac Logistics Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Drop Pac") provides website features and other services to you when you visit droppac.com (hereifafter called "Website") and/or any of our stores (collectively "Drop Pac Services"). By using the Drop Pac Services, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using Drop Pac Services.
Drop Pac reserves the right to review and amend any of these Terms of Service at its sole discretion. Upon doing so, the updates will be published on this Website. Any changes to these Terms of Service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.
Service
By agreeing to use Drop Pac Services and registering an account on this Website, you will be assigned a unique account number (“Mailbox #”) and one or more U.S mailing addresses. You will ship packages to any of the assigned U.S mailing addresses using the formatting provided on this Website. These U.S mailing addresses are subject to change from time to time and are effective immediately upon posting to this Website. Drop Pac will attempt to post a notice of change of address for a period of thirty (14) days prior to any such change in address becoming effective. You will be solely responsible for updating/correcting any address formatting errors or omissions and will not hold Drop Pac responsible for packages that do not arrive at the intended mailing address. Drop Pac may in its discretion assist you in retrieving undeliverable packages sent to the wrong address. You acknowledges and agrees to prepay any additional fees that may arise in respect to assistance provided by Drop Pac to retrieve undeliverable packages sent to the wrong address.
Rates and Payment
Drop Pac attempts to publish Drop Pac Services rates on this Website. These rates are subject to change from time to time and are effective immediately upon publishing. Therefore, you are advised to review these rates frequently. Drop Pac will attempt to publish a notice of change to the Drop Pac Services rates for a period of fourteen (14) days prior to any such change becoming effective. Drop Pac will notify you when a package is ready and awaiting payment. You will be allowed a fourteen (14) day grace period to pay and retrieve same package. Storage fees may accrue after the fourteen (14) day grace period has expired. Packages not paid for within thirty (30) days after you are been notified will be considered forfeited by you and will be disposed of at the sole discretion of Drop Pac. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drop Pac from any demands, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses or harms, including attorney’s fees, arising in connection with the disposal of forfeited packages.
